On Tuesday, The Delhi High Court is going to hear a plea which seeks certain directions for stopping and suspending the construction of the Central Vista Avenue Redevelopment Project, this order was issued by the Delhi Disaster management Authority due to the reason to keep on view of rising the present pandemic situation of corona virus said by ANI Report.
According to the report that the plea has mentions when the whole country is struggling due to the Covid-19 whereas all the aspects were out breached in the states and it was striving for controlling the situation,. In this spiralling conditions how can the respondent will nullify this and plan for the construction.
This case was earlier listed for a detailed hearing on May 17 which was mentioned by the Senior Advocate of Siddhartha Luthra.
The bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh asked the go for an application and said that they will be going to hear the issue by Tomorrow ( Tuesday).
Central Vista Project is the construction of new parliament building of a common Secretariat of Central Government office, the prime minister offices and residence. The construction work for project is being carried out since Jan 5, 2021 after the Supreme Court dismissed petition challenging the project.
