On June 10,2021,Federal Bank expanded it’s collaboration with Oracle and Infosys to provide improved customer experience through the Oracle CX (customer experience) platform .
- under the collaboration, in integrated customer Relationship management (CRM) solution across marketing, sales, customers services and social listening will be created to improve Federal Bank’s operations and to deliver customer experience across Touchpoint.
- To achieve a ‘single source of Truth’, Federal Bank place to launch a single application with a 360- degree view of the customer portfolio for its users. Oracle will co- innovate the application by partnering with the ecosystem of Infosys.
