Before any further hearing is allowed, Justice Patel determined that it is critical that Saini be given the opportunity to see the programme and make his views on the question of plagiarism. Justice Patel instructed Zee to broadcast the first ten episodes to Saini as soon as possible. Saini was also instructed to follow the confidentiality agreement terms that Zee Entertainment will want him to sign before the episodes are presented to him at a venue chosen by Zee Entertainment.
