SC orders CBI to register case in disinvestment matter of Hindustan Zinc in 2002

The Supreme Court on Thursday requested enlistment of a standard case by the CBI into the supposed abnormalities in the disinvestment of the public authority’s controlling offer in Hindustan Zinc NSE – 0.93 % Limited (HZL) in 2002.
